HCF II announces expansion of investment deal team
14 Sep 09Peter Watt joined the Helmsman team as a Managing Director on the 7 September 2009.
Prior to joining Helmsman, Peter worked for PE firms NBGI Private Equity and ISIS Equity Partners in London, specialising in mid-market opportunities with typical deal size being between £5m and £75m. His role encompassed origination and evaluation, execution and operational management of portfolio companies. Peter also has 7 years of previous Australian accounting, corporate recovery and insolvency experience.
