HCF II announces expansion of investment deal team
02 Sep 08Helmsman announces that Chania Rodwell has joined the deal team as Investment Manager. Chania was previously a Director at McGrathNicol and before that KPMG specialising in restructuring and turnaround. Her extensive experience in analysing and modelling large and complex businesses requiring restructuring and turnaround are complimentary core skill sets for the Helmsman investment deal team.
Helmsman manage a special situation fund focused on mid market opportunities investing in:
- financial restructure;
- operational turnaround;
- industry consolidation or
- other special situations including investing in convertible debt for subsequent ownership or control.
