HCF II announces expansion of investment deal team
28 Apr 08Helmsman announces that Chris Mundey has joined the deal team as Investment Manager. Chris was previously a manager in the Commonwealth Bank corporate strategy group and before that McGrathNicol specialising in restructuring and turnaround. Chris has worked on a large number of insolvency and business restructuring engagements and he represents a valuable addition to the Helmsman deal team.
HCF II is a special situation fund focused on mid market opportunities investing in:
- financial restructure;
- operational turnaround;
- industry consolidation or
- other special situations including investing in convertible debt for subsequent ownership or control.
